Safety is always our first concern at Spa Therapy. We are requesting that all clients remain in their vehicles if you arrive before your appointment time to ensure we are able to complete our process of cleaning and disinfecting in between clients and sessions.

Please note that most appointments booked online will require a deposit. Once your deposit is paid, your appointment will be confirmed and a notification will be sent to your cell phone. If you do not receive this text, please call 334-446-3940 for assistance.

Our cancellation policy is: A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you call to cancel your appointment within 48 hours there will be no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked. Day of appointment cancellations and No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked. We appreciate you and the time we book for you. Please understand, no shows don't pay the bills.
