📅 Appointment Cancellation Policy At Spa Therapy, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and respect our team’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please review our policy: 48+ hours’ notice: No fee. We’re happy to reschedule you. Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to be fair and understanding when true emergencies arise. Clear communication is always appreciated.
